Update 06/08/2021 After all that is said and done I'll stick with my one star rating. Replacing the limit switch takes over a month, makes my printer unusable and takes up a lot of space. Customer service is not very good and apparently there is no quality control department. —————————————— After reassembling, I found that the Y axis does not return to its original position and only moves about 10mm. in the wrong direction when I return home automatically. I contacted support and they only reply once every 24 hours around 2am. They also ignored the email response and sent me the same email asking for a fix after I had already done so and sent a video. Not recommended at this time due to poor customer service and quality checks.
