Good: excellent material. Probably for life. Hold my 200lb frame for 5 seconds just to be sure. large enough to interfere with installing washers and nuts on the bolts you need to purchase to install them. For future buyers I have 1/2" set screws. I forgot to bring one to the store so had to go back. He hit the nut on the stud with the clamp. Yes I could loosen the set screw and then through Turning the screw to tighten, but that would require removing other hardware. Again, a guide would help. Overall: I would buy these in a heartbeat now that I'm familiar with the pitfalls. .
