Review on Horde Application Framework by Justin Hollins

It's easy to use, it works with all versions of php since 5 without any problems or incompatibilities (it has been tested for years).

I'm using this library as part my own project that uses Symfony2 version 3+. The documentation could be better at some points but overall its very good! Highly recommended if you are looking into creating your first Web Applications/Framework from scratch because everything can work out just fine once set up correctly - no need even having experience programming before building such applications;-) My current projects have allowed me create new features faster than ever thanks to their great support team which helped us solve issues we had along our way when developing them so far:-).
