The program is easy to use with simple steps that are very user friendly! I like how you can easily create work orders from any of your applications or data sources such as Excel sheets etc., also it has all kinds if reports available which makes my job easier when managing projects within our organization!! There isn't anything i dislike about this system other then sometimes there will be some issues where we have problems getting information out but those usually get fixed quickly by contacting support team at CFI. This software helps us keep track everything related facility management needs so no matter what department they need help solving their issue its always right here waiting. !
