What I like best about CFI is that our project managers are able to connect with customers using either phone or email so there's no need to send them out into their field offices! The program is easy to use with simple steps that are very user friendly! I like how you can easily create work orders from any of your applications or data sources such as Excel sheets etc., also it has all kinds if reports available which makes my job easier when managing projects within our organization!!
