I only have problems with this product. First, it didn't reach the required temperature. I contacted the company several times and finally got a replacement in the mail after a couple of weeks. Then came another replacement; I returned it. Today the insert when frying stew cracked. The instructions indicate that the insert can be used both on the hob and in the oven. Luckily I still have the use of the first multi-cooker. In short, I have enough parts for a working machine. I had to leave the third block.
