Love it. I use all three. I put in Morton's kosher salt (coarse salt) and it comes out fine, not too much and not too little. I mixed the same salt with ground pepper 50/50 in another and they come out fine together. I have McCormick GrillMates Montreal Chicken in another one as I cook a lot of boneless and skinless chicken on the grill. AS A COMMENT ON THE COVERS. These are thin metal dredges that only require a bit of skill to unscrew the caps. Why? Because the threads are wide and forgiving. Being wide and forgiving means it's very easy to mis-tighten and effectively "strip" the lid and "freeze" it in place. Be careful, and if it sticks, stop and start again until the lid is screwed on securely. You shouldn't and shouldn't over-tighten it either, which can also cause thread blockage. TIP: I halved a liter-sized ZipLoc bag and threw away the zipper feature. Each remaining square serves as the perfect cover for the diggers, secured with a simple elastic band around the edge to 'seal' the diggers and keep moisture out. Have fun grilling!
