I love how easy it was to set up, as well has all of our documents are filed so quickly! Nothing at this point - we did not experience any problems with their help desk or technical assistance when working through issues related to document uploads/retrieval. We have been using them for about 2 years now; there's no reason why anyone should be hesitant. Reporting requirements for many different types (including stock) were always available promptly upon request from us via phone call & email correspondence.
