UPDATE: We are changing our rating to five stars because Monkemon Tech's customer service has been exceptional. They contacted us based on our review and we didn't need to contact them. They apologized and quickly sent new parts. They also contacted us to make sure we get new parts. They advised us to let them know if there is any problem with the replacement. Time will tell if the new parts work, but the company definitely stands by its products and is willing to fix any problems. If we were to order the same parts from Sears, we know Sears would never contact us to fix the problem, so it's good to know that Monkemon Tech is at least willing to fix it. AGE: trash. We thought. It was great until it broke just 2 weeks after installation. Yes, the metal brace and screws initially seemed like an upgrade instead of a flimsy plastic piece (which broke our original after 4 years) but these screws are not long enough and the metal brace is flimsy and therefore screws fall out after 2 weeks. In the picture with the red circle you can see where the screw came loose from the white plastic part and now the stand just hangs
