Got this because my friend's bedridden wife has at least 5 appliances that she plugs in next to her, all with large plugs. We had a star shaped extension that we stuck to the wallpaper but it kept falling off. I was hoping to mount this on a stand in the wall but not where I wanted. I inserted #6-8x3/4 plastic anchors into the drywall and it worked. Also had to buy a 3ft extension because the cord was very short but make sure you get the same cord. Works great since I installed it.
