Dangerous Goods: Air Purifier

I've been wearing this mask for almost 2 months and rave about it. When it came time to replace the filter, I removed the filter cap and it was gone. I bought it to protect myself from COVID. In fact, he was pumping unfiltered air straight into my face. That makes wearing this mask more dangerous than not wearing it at all. This is absolutely unacceptable.
