First, the product was not packaged very well, there are no instructions, the amp case was assembled incorrectly, warped, not squared, and did not lay flat at all. I fixed everything by carefully bending it back into shape. Second, if you're wondering how to tune into your favorite radio stations, you can't. You basically let it scan for stations and it saves all stations that it receives. I ended up with 21 presets. You can't pick your favorites or delete presets you don't like. Think of it like a television receiver scanning channels. Thirdly, you cannot use the remote control or Bluetooth device to turn on or off the device. This is typical for these mini bluetooth amplifiers. The amp works well, sounds pretty good, and Bluetooth works well as long as you're within 30 feet of it. I would definitely buy it again.
