Review on 🌡️ Accurate Infrared/Thermocouple Probe Thermometer for Precise Temperature Measurement - Black and Silver by Jaclyn Laws

I'm an active griller so I get all the 'necessary' gadgets. This was recommended to me by the BBQ class teacher from the class I was taking. I'm definitely very glad I have it. I also bought one of those Maverick wireless probes, but this one is more accurate. Sometimes the two sides of a chicken/turkey will be at significantly different temperatures and it's nice to be able to examine different parts of the meat to see how things are going rather than just relying on one reading. It is definitely irreplaceable. It feels solid and I like that it has a case. It's fairly easy to use once you get used to it. I highly recommend this probe!
