The first thing that caught my eye personally, which wasn't in the ad, is the plastic feed inlet on the bidet. If I had known that, I would not have bought this one. I recommend everyone to buy a bidet with only brass inlet and valves. They are stronger, last longer and are not easily removed or damaged during assembly. After connecting it turned out that the bidet was damaged from the inside. I had my suspicions about what it looked like upon arrival. After connecting, water began to drip from inside the body where the inlet and valve connect. I had several other brands and installed several for other people. I've never had any problems before. Spray is not very good. The first latch is quite soft, but each subsequent increase in sprayer pressure causes discomfort, even pain. I prefer higher pressure for cleaning. No other bidet was uncomfortable on the highest setting, let alone a 2 position setting like this one. There are only three clamps, which does not allow for a smooth, gradual increase in pressure. The water shuts off between each click. The female flush goes in the same spot as the ace flush. Also, the spray shape is quite wide, which only creates a wet mess instead of cleaning well. I do not recommend this. I advise the manufacturer to use more and better material to pad the item for safe arrival at destination.
