These bulbs light up at night, but not for long, maybe a month? majority. They are really difficult to install because the pins have to go straight into the hole which is small and there is no space to put them in place. The pin broke a couple of times. These are the only bulbs that fit in our lights. Our flashlights are only about a year old and they weren't cheap. These lamps need to be redesigned.
