No running: my review
Lightweight, absolutely NO arch support. DO NOT walk in it. Suitable for deck shoes around the house. I wore them for 10 hours, talked to WB, and my legs hurt for a week.
Pros
- They are comfortable and easy to put on. I wash my shoes quickly, no matter how durable they are.
Cons
- Too large. Gave them away.
