I am able to monitor my applications from any location at anytime in order for me not miss anything out there! This allows us flexibility when it comes time do perform maintenance or repair work where we need access but are unable physically be present due lack of visibility into our clients computers / networks/applications etc.. We can remotely troubleshoot issues as they arise which helps speedily resolve them without having an expert physical presence within client premises - thus saving both parties money by avoiding downtime whilst also reducing risk associated with personnel being sent offsite to remote sites!!
