The Jeep should have come with it from the factory. It doesn't have a rubber bushing like the stock part, reducing the dead zone by at least 100%. Short travel, but by no means difficult to shift. Don't expect your Jeep to be a race car. You need a $500 B&M shifter to approach it. Other reviewers said they would have to drill out this part or use a longer retaining screw. I didn't have to either. I beveled the bottom edge of the hole, applied silicon grease to the input shaft and inserted the shifter with a wooden scribe. The bolt will seize, continue tapping moderately. Be careful to align the stem so that it doesn't get too close to the center console in 2nd gear. Mine hit the console on harder 2 shifts and I had to take the console out and readjust the stem a bit. Much can be adjusted to the hand/sitting position.
