Costs money. Hand tools

What are the white items for? They seem designed to coat metal blades. There's a metal blade and two pretty useless plastic blades. With a metal blade and a black tool, I can remove a nasty seal that's 40 years old. Costs money. Too bad I didn't buy a tool with metal scrapers of different sizes.
