The most useful feature is that it can be accessed from any device or location as long as you have an internet connection. It's very easy to use once one gets used to its interface! For my current work we are trying out this application but I feel like there isn't enough documentation available online (website) so if ever needed support has been lacking in getting me what I need quickly. We're evaluating several tools/apps for our project managers to help them manage their projects more efficiently while being able to access information at anytime anywhere via mobile devices.
