Very nice shoes (says my wife) but they look very aesthetic. The fit is snug as it's a sock-like shoe, but the material is a lot thicker than some of the same Nike type, for example. It took me a few runs to get used to the split outsole, not uncomfortable just a different feel. I would suggest a few runs to get your gate using the sole dynamics before running full out of the gate, but it feels/works great now. I only have 20+ miles on them so I can't speak to durability except for the price I paid (yes I bought them). I have no complaints.
