My latest encounters with Bintiva have been less than satisfying, and I say that as a product manager. Their products are of high quality, and their prices are fair, but the quality of their customer support is severely lacking. When I contacted customer support about the delay in my shipment, they were unresponsive and unhelpful. They were slow to reply to my emails and their responses were evasive and lacking in detail. Frustratingly, it gave me the impression that my company was unimportant to them. The website's user design also needs work. Inadequate product classification made it hard for me to locate what I needed. It took me a while to discover what I was looking for, and even then, the product descriptions often weren't very clear or helpful. Bintiva's products are high-quality, but the company's unsatisfactory customer service and complicated website make it hard to suggest. The customer service and overall purchasing experience would benefit from better communication and more in-depth product descriptions. Until then, it's best to shop elsewhere for exercise tools.
