Nice update - Kitchen & Dining

I've been fermenting sauerkraut in wide-mouth jars for a while. I've used household items like Chinese teacups as fermentation weights. It worked but they were too light I thought there was something better. After digging around the internet for a while, I found these weights. They came in a pack of 7 which I felt was more than I needed but I quickly found that 7 was just right for my needs. I've found them to be easier to grab when taking them out of the jar than I expected. I use my fingers, not pliers. They are very easy to wash and I keep them in the box they came in. I will definitely buy them again if I need more.
