I tried this product with my iPhone 12 and iPad Air, none of the products charged. The only thing I can say is that the device stopped losing power, but when the device was used or not used, it did not work. Do not increase the battery percentage. Plug both devices back into the included charger and the Anker charger which I had to buy as the iPhone 12 doesn't come with it. And both devices were charged normally. So these chargers are back. Maybe I'll stick with branded devices now.
