Review on Bodno Premium CR80 30 Mil Graphic Quality PVC Cards - 10 Pack by Molly Rodriguez

I have been using this product for over 4 years in an Evolis Primacy. Black only print on 2 sides. The last few boxes have had a few minor, but frustrating issues. Mostly feed issues (printer is maintained and cleaned more than required) where it seems minor thickness variations seem to be the cause. I have had a few cards that would not accept the print from the ribbon (I use only Evolis ribbons). I had a card that was trimmed at an angle on one long edge (this also caused a feed issue) and a card that the cover lamination was loose on one edge and peeling off. Minor issues of course, but minor feed and print issues can cause a big headache when printing a batch! Additionally, the first 5-6,000 cards had none of these issues. Something has changed.
