I love them! We bought it as a sleep aid and to prevent gray hair growth. We've been using them for about a month and they definitely work. We take one right before bed and our sleep patterns are now back to normal. My husband and I are both graduate students; He's a 17-year-old Army veteran and I'm an emergency manager by trade. Needless to say, our sleep patterns shut down. No longer. I have already bought. It should be in our house.
