Exact replacement. Works perfectly.

Exact replacement. Has a longer fan motor cable, making it easier to work with the original. This part is in a Buick design in a hard-to-reach place. I saved €200 by replacing it myself.

Pros

EASY INSTALLATION - Easy to install in AC fan motor. Simply unscrew the screws that attach the fan motor resistor to the fan, remove the resistor pack and install the new resistor in place.
