Review on 🍳 Tramontina Enameled Covered Saucier: Top-Notch Food Service Equipment & Supplies by Jorge Maertz

Revainrating 4 out of 5

To update. Very good customer service. Old: not in service for less than 2 years. Don't be stingy. Get the original Le Cruset.

Update: After writing this review I contacted the company about their lifetime warranty. After a fairly reasonable exchange attempting to fix my item, they sent me a FedEx tag, I sent it back to them and they gave me a new one. Now I'm giving it a solid 4.2 stars. It's cheap and the customer service was very good. Not a worthy alternative to Le Cruset. I tried this and a 2016 Le Cruset pan at the same time and have been using them about the same since. Lately I've noticed that the blue finish has faded and actually falls off on a paper towel after cleaning. The interior is not to be restored either. In comparison, the yellow Le Cruset still shines and the interior is almost brand new. Just do not. These should last a lifetime. That is the point. These are cheap Chinese counterparts that won't last 2 years without wear.
