Online store for THYA: A Missed Chance for Customer Satisfaction

I had a negative experience with the THYA online store as a product manager in the food business. Although their goal of making it simple for customers to get ingredients is admirable, they don't do it well. The website has few filtering options and is cumbersome to navigate. The out-of-date inventory causes out-of-stock items and delayed deliveries. With poor response times and useless solutions, customer support is subpar. Additionally, the prices are greater than the competition, which lowers customer satisfaction. Overall, the THYA online store is a squandered chance to give clients a simple and pleasurable shopping experience.
