Review on πŸ”§ Cozy Precision Calibration Set – Precision Weight 10mg and 100g by Corey Krull

Fantastic Libra! crap case. Pictures!

This is an EXCELLENT set of weights! My scale has an accuracy of 0.001, so I studied the exact weight seriously for almost a month before buying it. I bought it in May 2020 and have been using it daily ever since. At 0.001 your reading is only affected by air displacement (e.g. from the air conditioning or your breath) which is why my scale has a lid with a small hole at the top for you to lift it. I have to close this little hole for true accuracy or it will drift off. I also calibrate it every time I turn it on. These weights are perfect for me and will not drift when using a canopy with a blocked hole. They are excellent! Mine is just with what surrounds the weight. The case is super cheap molded plastic with a tiny piece of 'bumper' glued to the lid to hold the weights in place (see photos) so it comes with all the reels inside. The mg weights (which come in a tiny zip-top plastic bag that tweezers hate - we'll talk about tweezers next) fit very awkwardly in the small spaces underneath, and the clear lid over them doesn't snap in place. Throw this thing in and you're sorting everything but 20-100g loads in the back. The tweezers are made for CHILDREN. They're ridiculously thick plastic that (literally) bends when you use them to lift smaller gram weights, and while I tried and eventually managed to use them to lift MG weights a few times, it is Just not worth the fight. Now I use other tweezers. My picture shows regular everyday tweezers from your local pharmacy versus the included tweezers for a better size comparison than the odd tweezers I use. I definitely recommend kettlebells! However, I would find someone smart to build a new case to store them in, or find an empty case with better padding to house them. Mine is wooden as a birthday present from my wonderful husband!

Pros
  • Set of calibration weights
Cons
  • Very expensive
