First I bought a sonohealth EKG. The reason I switched to it was that Sonohealth was missing a lot of features and the app was generally unreliable. We continue. I'll start with the cons first. In 2020, the lack of Mac connectivity is difficult to understand. To do software updates I would need to find a PC to use.2. I love that they offer a padded case for protection, but a charging case would be useful too. That may be asking a lot, but with nothing that uses this cord it's a hassle to carry separately when you go on vacation etc. 4. If they don't offer a bag with the features listed above, at least offer it as a separate purchase, just like Sonohealth does. Now the pros: 1. The screen is amazing and the touchscreen is super responsive.2. It's useful to be able to save EKGs directly to your device when you can't send them to your phone right away. I like it so I can see it instantly while playing.3. I also like that you can remove them from the device itself without using the app.4. The size, it's actually smaller than it appears in the pictures and its proportions are better than Sound Health.5. The 5 minute recording is amazing and very helpful especially when I suffer from arrhythmia/SVT for a long time. 6. There's more, but that gives you the general idea.
