A great way to try different styles of nose jewelry. My original sterling silver and diamond screw lasted 7 years. Was devastated and destroyed my house when I lost it. Every nose piercing is different. The L-shape lasted about a week for me, the same with the bone. The screw is difficult to turn and a little long (you can see a little in my nose), but it will last a lifetime. If the rhinestones didn't fall out, it would be great.
