Recipe for Beef, Liver & Lamb Wet Dog Food for Adult Dogs

My very picky dog won't eat 95% of the commercial dog foods we've tried over the years, so now he eats raw (loves them) LOVES this one Recipe with beef, liver and lamb, a recipe with turkey, liver and duck and high protein Texas beef. that's all, she likes nothing but Canadian fish, but only in combination with raw ground turkey. she eats that, for example, on days when her master forgot to take her pre-cooked raw food out of the freezer the day before. I started feeding her this every day to make it easier on me now, but twice a day I mix 1/2 can with 4 ounces of her favorite raw protein, lean ground turkey so she doesn't flip over and decide she needs it does not want. She doesn't like wet food like she used to. I'm grateful I got to try the Grapevine version of Texas Beef because otherwise we would never have tried it (high protein with no just fillers) after spending thousands on pet food for it over the years. My only complaint and why the 4 stars only is that 4 boxes each are later of this flavor and turkey duck and we have yet to receive a can that actually contains 13 ounces of food/gravy! The max we've literally gotten in the can is 11.5 oz, with 10.5-11 oz being the norm, and that's with all that sauce-like gel out of the can. Most won't notice this discrepancy, but since I feed by calorie need and therefore weigh all of my dog's food portions, it caught my eye! To be honest I would have stopped buying this brand after the first time or two if we weren't very limited in what our picky dog with a sensitive stomach eats on a regular basis. At least 2 cans less food in the package. My dog says the food itself is great and I like that it doesn't have as much waste as most so called high protein wet foods that use peas and lentils (e.g. these brands have other versions of wet food). in which they exist). She excels at it from day one and when fed alone has no problems with loose stools, no problems with vomiting and doesn't drive me crazy with her noisy gassy tummy that other pet foods would cause. Because of this, I overlook the missing ounces of food in each can and still feel like they're worth the money, but the manufacturer really needs to update their labels to say 11.5 ounces to honestly represent the amount of food that you only get from the bank !
