I read the product description very carefully because my dog is allergic to poultry. The label says "no poultry by-products" but the second product is chicken! I tried to return it but I get a message that the item cannot be returned even though I only received the item 10 days ago. this is great - my dog loves it and it doesn't have any fillers making her poop that big which happens when there are a lot of other things than the meat in it. I'm only deducting 1 star because your dog might not like it. Our 2 chihuahuas get heartburn from some flavors of canned food - they seem to be rich, maybe because they are high in protein. UPDATE. As for the food itself. It turned out to be the WORST food for a dog with pancreatitis due to its high fat content. My dog is seriously ill. I blame myself for not knowing the connection between fat and pancreatitis. My dog got so sick he was pooping pure bile! Therefore, please consider your dog's age and health before feeding it this food. This is clearly not for many conditions/types of dogs.
