I bought size 7-8 and it barely fits. It's more like 6-7. I thought the chests had a drawstring that could be tightened if needed, but they're just there for decoration. We gave them to our grandson which he only opened today but I bought them so far in advance it's too late to return them. Disappointed with the size. It shouldn't be that hard.
