Rating updated on 09/05/2017. It is now February 2nd, 2018 and I am proud to have bought this item. It was working great only when I received this item. After about a month, one of the ports would not charge. The customer service for I-clever is amazing. When I wrote the review they took the time to contact me. They responded quickly and provided me as a consumer with a replacement. I think that says a lot about the company. This has changed my mind and I will continue to buy from clever because they take the time to listen and communicate this to their customers and assure them with products that they are 100% satisfied. Thank you iclever for listening and contacting me. I appreciate that very much.
