Motorola 6-Way Charger: After reading other reviews that it doesn't charge certain batteries, I decided to give it a try anyway. are on factory chargers. For me this means that I cannot charge batteries without being connected to a radio. This is not a problem for my application, but it can become an obstacle for some. I have a feeling it would be easy to make a small spacer to hold the battery on the contacts, but we'll see how to do that later. The XMy CP-200s fit well (needs a bit of wiggling to get them to sit properly and see the lights change from green to red). I use OEM Motorola 2250mAh lithium batteries. When testing them for the first time, make sure your batteries are NOT fully charged as there is no good way to see if the radio is connected when they are fully charged (the indicator light will be green when the battery is 100% charged). It only turns red when the LED is flashing amber/red to indicate the radio is connected to the charger.) So to save $200 I'm willing to rock the radios on the way to the charger. I'll update if anything changes, but I'm looking to buy another device soon.
