Review on Opal Business Solutions by Reginald Hamilton

The customer service has been great! They have helped us with multiple problems throughout our implementation process which was very helpful in getting things up to speed quickly for customers as well. There were some issues we had at first but they worked through them right away so it wasn't an issue once resolved or addressed by their team members who are always available via email/phone if needed during normal business hours (9am-5pm ET). We didn’t find anything I disliked about this product - everything seems like something you would want from any software solution vendor these days though maybe more customization options? It's hard not having all your data stored online when working remotely sometimes makes collaboration difficult since there can be lag time between changes made locally vs those pushed out into cloud storage systems etc., especially while also trying to keep track yourself what files need.
