I've had my account since December 2018. My team was excited about getting our hands on a new tool so when I came across a free trial, I signed up immediately. I liked how simple the UI was to use. In fact, the entire experience was great. It was super fast and made data accessible. If you want to get into this industry, it's definitely worth checking out. However, it lacks customization capabilities and reporting templates. You would have to rely on third party applications. That's why I…

Matt from Power BI Consulting Services was great to work with.

We worked with Matt from Power BI Consulting Services on building our power bi website. He was great! He helped us to identify where we had issues with our existing site and gave us some great advice on how to make it better. He was very helpful and kept us informed of progress throughout the project. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in this area so was very useful in guiding us along the way. We have been using PowerBI for the last 2 years and we love it! They were able to set up our account within minutes and they were always available to answer any questions we had.

I have used them for the last 2 years to help us setup our office and make use of the power BI service. It was great to have someone who could walk me through the initial steps of setting up the account, getting started and answering questions that came up along the way. Then when I was ready to take over maintenance of the service, it was nice to have someone to show me how to do the most common tasks. They are very responsive and friendly.
