Excellent Support & Great Communication

The support team has been very responsive to my questions throughout our project implementation process. Their willingness to help me with any issue I have during this time frame was amazing! They are always willing to go above an beyond what we asked in order to make sure things work perfectly when they get implemented into production environment. We migrated our on premises infrastructure into Azure.

We had an urgent requirement to migrate our on premises infrastructure into Azure. We were using Office 365 and other products that were built in house. Our IT department was understaffed and couldn’t get things running smoothly. They could only offer us a "next best thing” solution and said that the migration would take 2-3 weeks. We decided to go with iLink systems because they offered a "turnkey” migration service. It only took 1 week to complete and the rest of our project has gone…

Working with iLink has been great. They take care of all my infrastructure and app dev needs. Not only are they very responsive, but they also have excellent knowledge of the technologies I use. They go above and beyond to make sure my cloud apps are functioning correctly and perform at optimal levels. One thing I really like about them is how quickly they respond to issues or requests.
