Great implementation and customer service from GoCanvas - worth it for any remote software solution

The customer service has been great! They have helped us with multiple problems throughout our implementation process which was very helpful in getting things up to speed quickly for customers as well. There were some issues we had at first but they worked through them right away so it wasn't an issue once resolved or addressed by their team members who are always available via email/phone if needed during normal business hours (9am-5pm ET). We didn’t find anything I disliked about this product

  • Overall experience overall positive thus far..not sure yet whether additional features added will make further improvements necessary down road however

We are sorry to hear that you are having problems with our support team.

As always the initial impression was good and the service was professional and quick to respond to requests. The first 2-3 weeks everything seemed to be going well. I had a number of issues with the service initially, which were fixed within a few hours or less. Unfortunately, the quality of the support has started to deteriorate and they seem unable to resolve issues quickly enough. Some of the support staff are rude and unhelpful and other times their response is slow. The cost of the support

  • You can do a lot with this model without learning the mathematical theory behind it.
  • It has many features and is very easy to learn.
Cons
  • If you don't know how to write Python code then you will have trouble creating models.
  • You have to spend a lot of time searching through documentation and forums to figure out how to use the results.
  • A lot of users are having trouble understanding what to do.

We needed a new website for our business.

Our business has changed significantly over the last 3 years. We've grown our user base and now need a website that reflects this growth. This includes having a responsive theme, clean look, multiple languages (we're in English, French and Spanish), ecommerce functionality, etc. The support has been excellent. They went above and beyond when dealing with us as we weren't sure if we'd get the site built until the end of the project. If you want a fast turnaround and a great looking site, go with

  • Very professional company - the owner and developers always make themselves available via phone/email/online chat.
  • They provide ongoing updates.
  • They made the initial estimate very accurate and gave us a good idea of what the final cost would be.
Cons
  • For example, we didn't know how much the backend portion would cost because we weren't given a breakdown.
  • When they were contacted about it, they agreed to pay for those hours

This is a big let down. Opal business solutions has been in operation since 2011 and is now a subsidiary of a larger corporation. It was originally a web design company but now offers cloud hosting services. We are looking for software applications that can be easily implemented and customized to our needs.
