As always the initial impression was good and the service was professional and quick to respond to requests. The first 2-3 weeks everything seemed to be going well. I had a number of issues with the service initially, which were fixed within a few hours or less. Unfortunately, the quality of the support has started to deteriorate and they seem unable to resolve issues quickly enough. Some of the support staff are rude and unhelpful and other times their response is slow. The cost of the support services has increased significantly since the start of the contract, which has resulted in an inability to resolve issues. This would have been ok if the customer service wasn't consistently poor, but the constant delays are making me feel that the service is failing. If I were to recommend the service to anyone else, I would recommend taking the money back now and finding another provider.
