Review on Opal Business Solutions by Eric Rios

This is a big let down. Opal business solutions has been in operation since 2011 and is now a subsidiary of a larger corporation. It was originally a web design company but now offers cloud hosting services. We are looking for software applications that can be easily implemented and customized to our needs. However, instead of providing us with any information regarding their products, they gave us a sales pitch and said "call us if you have any questions". Not a single thing was provided in regards to the features of the software or how it would benefit us. After talking to several different sales reps, they kept telling me to sign up for a free trial account. What free trial? None! So I told them we weren't interested in signing up and they asked me to fill out a survey form (which took about 2 minutes). After filling out the form, I never received any sort of confirmation that I actually submitted the survey. If I did submit the survey, I still don't know what the survey results are because I never received an email confirming my submission. All in all, I feel ripped off and was definitely not given enough information about their product or their company.
