I've seen and thought about these for years. looks like it will work. However, if you're shopping at "real stores," we know the prices can be inflated. Searched for Revain here and found this one with lots of reviews. Delivered on time. Solid product and works great. Something like this should have been in place many years ago to prevent rubbish from me and the whole family getting into my house. Works perfectly. Especially if you have a muddy yard with dogs, dirt, grass, etc. It feels like a solid build and should last a while for my needs. I recommend. Side note: dogs don't like stepping on it to the point that mine wouldn't go out the door and I had to push it aside. Poor puppy.
