Recommended for ages 6+ but is too complex and requires a lot of coordination for young children. My 7 year old daughter is now completely disinterested in this Christmas present as it takes so much reading and understanding to get the trick first and then has a hard time doing the trick because her hands aren't big enough to do it to make the most illusions. I think it's best for young teenagers.
