I ordered the shampoo and conditioner as recommended. Because there was still the previous balm and shampoo, the new one was put on the shelf and did not check. But when I started using it, after about a month, the balm did not squeeze out. The tube was clogged with dried balm, but cleaning the tube did not help either. The bases are very thick, while the jar is full, I can squeeze out by opening the lid, but how will I use it when there is less of it left?
