Bought to replace a Sony remote that just stopped working. Paired instantly and easily, but channel control doesn't work. I cannot access the channel menu and the remote control does not change the channel. Most other functions work. I've tried reconfiguring the remote, re-pairing etc and it just didn't work to change channels. I have to use two remote controls to watch TV. I hoped to correct this situation. There are others to choose from, but this one had voice control, so I paid twice as much for that feature. Voice control is another feature that worked twice and now doesn't work. Received the remote control yesterday. I need it to access smart features and menus for Netflix etc and also to turn on the TV because the universal remote I bought can't do that! Looking for another replacement!
