There must be another star, but.

We opened it up yesterday to show my mum how to use it. It seems to work fine, but one of the tips is buggy. It has a small tear in it. I replaced it with a spare tip but now it has no spare. There must be another star, but. UPDATE: Here's another star. I received an email after reporting my complaint. The seller promptly sent a replacement which my mother needed. There was also a complete replacement, all tips and ink too. There was even a nice handwritten note. Excellent customer service!
