***Update*** The manufacturer contacted me to resolve this issue. Lots of props for the company that will be behind their product. Rarely seen these days. My review will be updated and corrected accordingly. Okay, while it serves its intended purpose of crushing cans, this thing is cheap junk. I had to step in and spend a few bucks more for a better brand/model. and the crushing plate bent/bent after the first start of the cans. Bending caused the side lugs of the crushing plate to bulge outward, interfering with the levers. It was wasted money. Buyer Warning. Unless you want a crush. Only one can a week, this thing won't last long.
