The benefits are very clear for any size organization, but especially large ones like ours with thousands of leads per month that would otherwise need hundreds or even thousands of agents/staff members just manually managing them! We use Venue 360 as our main platform across all departments (Salesforce Sales Cloud Community Builder). It's so easy it makes me wonder why we haven't gone 100% fully automated already!! Definitely look into this system if you're looking at solutions around prospect management in your industry - no matter how big or small- they will really benefit by solving many problems within their own business process flow. Automation is definitely one way, but having more staff available is also helpful when needed too.
